Directions:
From the N1 or N2 take the M3 headed toward Muizenberg. When the M3 comes to a T-Junction, go right following the signs to Fish Hoek. After 1-2 kilometers, take Ou Kaaps Weg off to the left going direction Fish Hoek.
From the time you turn onto Ou Kaaps Weg you will go exactly 10.7 kilometers and turn right onto the road to Chapman’s Peak/Noordhoek. Do not take the road to Silvermine at 7.8 k’s.
Turn right on the road to Chapman’s Peak/Noordhoek, and go 50 meters and turn right into Montrose Close, a gravel road. On your left hand side there is walled property with yellow walls. That is Africa House, our training center. Look for the driveway - the entrance is there.
