Catalytic Leaders Experience brings together leaders around the world

By Julianna Jones

All Nations members from around the world gathered 13-15 July online for a time of learning from one another and spurring each other on in the mission of All Nations.

This event, called Catalytic Leaders Experience, was designed for our members who are working cross-culturally, discipling and raising up indigenous leaders to ignite church planting movements.

Full-time workers from on three continents joined. Over the course of three days field workers shared lessons they had learned in raising local leaders. Topics ranged from the importance of coaching and asking good questions to how to find the right type of leaders into which to pour.

It was encouraging to hear from our members doing catalytic work around the world. We have a rich legacy from our founder Floyd McClung, and many of our workers have been laboring in the harvest for more than a decade. It’s a wonderful thing to be a part of a community deeply invested in seeing God’s kingdom come on earth.
