Do you want to see God’s church planted where it hasn’t been yet? Do you desire to be involved in what God is doing all over the world? Then you might be a good fit for our team!
We are currently looking for dedicated followers of Jesus to join us in our work. Here at All Nations Cape Town we are committed to:
• mobilizing people to bring God’s kingdom to new places
• training workers for the harvest
• sending out new missionaries
• supporting workers in the field through coaching and field visits
We focus on work that aims for movements, either through investing in indigenous leaders or cross-cultural catalytic workers. We’d love more people to join our team who have engaged in discipleship and/or cross-cultural ministry before. We do require people to go through our basic training program, CPx, if they are joining us long-term.
We are looking for people to be part of the All Nations Cape Town hub team, which meets and works together on the All Nations property in Noordhoek, Cape Town. Some in-person hours are required, but our schedule is mostly flexible as team members work independently then come together for project meetings.
There are lots of opportunities for learning from others on the team and getting trained in areas with which you aren’t familiar. We would love to utilize your own skills and gifts in the work that we do. Some skills/experience that would be helpful: finances, project management, event planning, life coaching, pastoral care, fundraising, cross-cultural ministry, etc. An attitude of a learner and a servant’s heart are musts! You would need to raise your own support as these are all volunteer positions.
