New space at Africa House

By Julianna Jones

This year has brought lots of changes to Africa House, the physical home of All Nations Cape Town.

At the beginning of the year, we began sharing with the like-hearted church, Common Ground. With them renting part of the property, ANCT has become more financially sustainable. It also allows the property to be used much more, especially on weekends when ANCT wasn’t using it anyway. We are excited to see Africa House being used even more for God’s kingdom this year!

Then earlier this year a pipe broke and flooded a large portion of Africa House. Thankfully, we are insured and the insurance payout was enough to be able to renovate a portion of the space to better suit our current needs. We now have a large room available for our All Nations hub team work. The room is located across from the ANCT office and is where a bedroom and bathroom used to be.

It’s a physical imprint of our All Nations identity on the property, and we’ve filled the walls with things that are important to us —

• Photos of all our field workers and team members

• A huge map labeled with the countries where our members are working

• Our mission and vision dominantly displayed

• A board for updating prayer requests and praises

• Clocks displaying the current times in all of the All Nations hubs around the world

• And, of course, a coffee station! (Because what is teamwork without a hot beverage to sip?!)
