Will you run with us?
By Gawie Malherbe, senior leader
It’s been a year of adaptation, but also of seeing exciting fruit. Multiple waves of the pandemic have forced us to be creative in that to which God has called us. But as All Nations Cape Town has pivoted in many areas, we’ve seen God do extraordinary things.
Across Africa and Asia, our field workers are seeing fruit as people searching for truth are invited into the family of God. With traditional churches often forced to shut their doors in lockdowns, simple church has seen incredible growth. We feel ANCT is poised to resource the Church with methods that reinforce that the church is His people not a building. As these simple and reproducible methods are introduced, the Holy Spirit is using this to ignite movements toward Jesus. We aim to see Jesus worshipped by all the peoples of the earth, but our specific role is to reach the least, the last and the lost.
One thing I was excited about this year was being able to host our first in-person Church Planting Experience (CPx) since the pandemic started. Students were equipped through this training to bring the Gospel to the places it is not yet. One of our Mozambican students returned home afterwards and moved into a children’s home where he leads the children in daily Discovery Bible Studies. This is just one of the ways people are putting into practice what they learned.
There is still so much need for the training and equipping we do here at All Nations Cape Town. We raise up both indigenous leaders to reach their communities and catalytic leaders to cross cultures into unreached places. We mobilize these leaders and then train them, send them out and support them in the field.
We cannot do this without a team behind us. Our members are running the race God has set before them, and we are cheering them on and supporting them as they reach the lost. But we also need a team supporting and cheering on All Nations Cape Town. We need people to pray for us and to give financially.
Would you consider taking hands with us in this? Our goal is to raise R150,000 (about $10,000) by the end of the year in order to keep funding the work to which All Nations Cape Town is called. This will go toward future training programs, upkeep of our Cape Town facilities, strategic pastoral visits, ongoing learning for our field workers and more.
Would you consider giving a one-time gift or monthly pledge to help us meet our fundraising goal? Click here for how to give.
Every bit helps! We are so thankful for our partners who have stood with us during these difficult times. You have made it possible for us to keep making disciples and training leaders to see the kingdom advance.
